All letters have now been dispatched.

• If you ordered a letter by midnight 15th December, your letter will arrive during the week before Christmas.
• If your letter has not arrived yet and you want a PDF copy of your letter, send us an email with your order number and the recipient name and we'll email you a copy of your letter.
• We send every letter ordered to reach our customers in time for Christmas. Unfortunately some letters occasionally get lost or delayed. If you ordered a letter directly from us and the letter did not arrive in time for Christmas, please email us on info@fatherchristmasletters.co.uk with your order number. We will issue a full refund when we re-open in January.
• Our offices are closed between 16.00GMT 24th December and 3rd January.
